
IM Action Broadening Knowledge at Digital Marketing Events

The beginning of 2019 was rich in events and our team didn’t miss a single chance to take a step closer to mastering digital marketing.
2019 H1 Product Kick-off & Automation Workshop
Our team representatives were able to meet and share thoughts with Google representatives and other online marketing agencies. During the event Julia Sazonova, our PPC specialist and Anna Pukita, head of PPC dept. at IM Action had a chance to get new industry insights: While discussing specific cases with our industry counterparts, our team learned many new tricks and tips that are already field tested.
Our team discovered many new interesting features for each type of advertising campaigns that Google will introduce during 2019.
Also, while communicating with Google representatives, speakers and participants, Anna and Julia learned some effective strategies for campaign management that they could use for their projects, not to mention the value of outside perspective.
By the end of the conference, IM Action’s specialists had a greater understanding of paid search strategies and tactics that would come in handy during 2019. Today with new insights gathered our team is able to go beyond the usual framework of what we knew and used in our working routine.

Educational Conference on Business Management
The final season of the educational conference on business “Бери и делай” was primarily dedicated to managerial competencies and issues: financial accounting, sales, and stuff retaining. The speakers shared their personal insights into marketing and management:
- selling more efficiently both online and offline;
- how to stop running your business intuitively and switch to systemic management;
- making quality data-based management decisions;
- avoiding common mistakes in management accounting;
- retaining valuable employees;
- how to introduce changes within the company and not ruin it.

The event was very useful for our management team since it provided proven tips and insights that can be directly applied to our business. IM Action Sharing Expert Knowledge at 1st Prague Digital Marketing & SEO Meetup
With our extensive knowledge and experience in the realm of digital marketing, IM Action team members are often invited to events as speakers. The beginning of 2019 was no exception. Our CEO Liudmila Kiseleva gave a speech at a digital marketing & SEO meetup in Prague.
“It was a pleasure to speak to a warm-welcoming audience of SEO and digital marketing professionals. I was talking on SEO for SaaS companies and how an integrated approach to on-page and content marketing can drive value for online for this type of business. As we had this type of projects in 2018 I felt it was important to share some insights with the community and get some feedback as well.
Leslie, the event organizer, was speaking on local SEO and it was great to see real-life examples and detailed mini-case studies on the topic. Pavel was speaking on the right approaches to applying redirects when changing the website structure and addressed a lot of pain points in this process and also shared best practices to avoid common pitfalls. Overall, this event was really insightful and welcoming, it was great to be there and exchange professional opinions.“
